Deacons Ministry
Deacons assist the Pastor in serving the needs of the church family, providing guidance, hope and comfort to members. They ensure that, upon request, GSJ members are visited and prayed for during times of hospitalization.
Bible Study: Saturday before 1st Sunday at 10am
Meetings: Thursday before 3rd Sunday at 6:00 PM every month

Minister's Wives & Deaconess Ministry
The members of the Minister's Wives and Deaconess serve as positive role models to the women of the church. Their responsibilities include assisting with the observance of church ordinances i.e. baptism, and the Lord's Supper. They also assist with baby dedications.
Meetings: 1st Saturday of every month 9:00 AM

Trustees Ministry
The Trustees are responsible for overseeing the upkeep of the church property to include building maintenance, improvements and renovations.
Meetings: Monday after 1st Sunday of each month

Senior Nurses Ministry
The Senior Nurses is a ministry that provides limited medical treatment to GSJ members and guests, and assist the Pastor and members with physical needs and amenities during all services.
Meetings: 2nd Saturdays, 2:00 PM

Transportation Ministry
Assist in providing safe, timely transportation to Sunday services and other events (service limited to immediate area). To request a ride, call 232-6700 by 5:00 PM on Friday.
Meetings: 4th Saturdays, 11:00 AM

Greeters Ministry
The mission of the Greeters Ministry is to provide a warm and friendly welcome to visitors and members who attend our church services and to direct them to the various areas of the church.

Senior Ushers Ministry
The purpose and function of the Senior Ushers is to promote order among the congregation by helping members and guests find seating, assist with dispersal of printed material and help to facilitate the order of worship.
